My Mother in-law’s birthday is May 5. Since this year, it fell on a weekday, my FIL could not be home to celebrate it with her on the exact day. So Ane and I decided to bring her out for lunch, also so she and Klaire can spend some time together. We picked her up at their house and drove to SM North Annex. K was not too pleased seeing her in the car (even if Mamita sat in front with Ane) and cried for the most part of the trip, it was embarrassing! Gladly, she calmed down when we got to the mall.
We had lunch in President Tea House, a branch of that popular restaurant in Binondo. My friends are raving about President so we thought it was a good choice and perfect timing to eat there.

We also ordered Birthday Noodles, Beef & Brocolli and Orange Chicken. I was not able to take photos anymore. The overall experience was pleasant and I will have to ask my family to eat there when Mom returns from her vacation so they can try too. (p.s. days after, we [my family] dined at Super Bowl and ordered Hot Shrimp and Fish salad, the Prawn Salad by President wins hands-down)
