Here are some of our pictures when we visited the Manila Ocean Park a few weeks ago:
We decided to finally visit because it is not always that we are in the area. We thought it was a good time to go since it was a weekday but we were wrong. There were preschoolers on a field trip and you can just imagine how noisy (but bearable) it was inside! Just before we entered, we asked K, “What are we going to see inside?” And she kept on saying “psh, psh,” (for fish) so we thought she was ready. But once we were inside and she saw the humungous fish in the very first aquarium, she was both delighted and scared, screaming the entire time (I know she was enjoying but was mildly scared because she was also half-laughing). I still think it was money well spent even if K was clingy the entire time. I just believe she was overwhelmed by the number and sizes of the marine life in the aquarium.
