My mom posted a shout-out that she lost some weight already, about 30 pounds. She needed to lose the weight because her knees are weak and the heaviness is not helping. I am not sure if she is taking herbal weight loss supplements, she mentioned something before but I don’t remember. Anyway, I know she’s not so munch into exercise but I noticed how she’s managed to watch what she eats. Whatever it is that she does, it’s working and she’s looking good these days.
